The ostrich roams the great Sahara.
Its mouth is wide, its neck is narra.
It has such long and lofty legs,
I'm glad it sits to lay its eggs.

Good point! I hadn't thought about it, but now that I have.. me too am glad it sits - two and a half pounds of egg splat!
